Day 6 - Jonny Saves Peter's Life
This will be a quick post. Jonny, Michael, and myself (Peter for those who didn't read the title) were waiting at a bus stop this morning when we noticed we were running a little late. Our bus just never seemed to come. Every bus that drove by was either the 343 or 707 while we needed the 60. When it finally arrived I noticed from a distance that it seemed to be full. As I said, we were running late so Michael hailed the bus driver to stop. We stepped on the bus in order of youngest to oldest (Michael, Jonny, and then myself). My foot was barely on the first step when the driver took off. I mean 0 to 60 (km of course) in 0.00001 seconds. I started to fall off the bus because the door couldn't close with me in the way. If not for Jonny grabbing my backpack strap, I may have put my Argentine health insurance to good use. Obviously, we made it to the meeting place OK. Thank you Jonny, your heroic act was blog-worthy. The world needs to know what happened here.
